Layli is devoted in her mission to drive brand growth by helping businesses forge meaningful connections with their audiences, crafting unique stories that resonate within their target markets.  Layli’s diverse career spans over 20 years and ranges from small agencies to executive roles at major organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, JBS, Boeing, and DirectTV International, equipping her with a comprehensive perspective on brand building for any scale of business. 

Layli was driven to establish Layli&Co after her passion was ignited while developing a major marketing strategy for a globally renowned skincare brand.  Today, her creative vision, strategic mindset and unparallelled work ethic continues to elevate brand profiles by transforming ideas into scalable and impactful solutions vital in helping businesses achieve their most ambitious goals.

In her spare time, Layli loves to express her creative side in the kitchen, perfecting recipes and cooking decadent meals for her family and friends.  Residing in coastal Florida, Layli keeps active with daily walks along the beach, and relishes spending quality time with her sons.

Susan brings extensive experience in marketing and communications, having begun her career at Procter & Gamble, where she honed her craft as a writer and strategist. With a strong foundation in both professional and consumer healthcare marketing, she has developed and edited content for leading medical brands across multiple therapeutic areas, including aesthetics, oncology, cardiovascular, and anti-infectives.

Her career includes senior leadership roles such as Vice President of Business Development and Product Management at Teleflex and Chief Marketing Officer at Accuray, where she led global initiatives that combined strategic insight with creative excellence.

Susan holds a BFA in Writing from New York University and an MBA in Marketing from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys exploring new destinations, staying active, and spending time with family and friends — continually drawing inspiration from the world around her to fuel her creativity and storytelling.

Victoria brings 15 years’ experience as both an artist and designer, with her background in illustration enriching and inspiring her diverse design capabilities today.  She has crafted a wide range of products across an array of industries, including homewares, beauty packaging and retail interiors.  Victoria excels at transforming creative ideas into reality, harmonizing form and function to produce eye-catching visuals and impactful user experiences.

Living in Bath, England, a city renowned for its Georgian architecture, Roman-built baths and vibrant cultural scene, Victoria likes to unwind with long walks in the surrounding countryside, practicing yoga, and enjoying the numerous culinary delights the city has to offer.

Bree is a passionate Design Director with over 25 years of experience leading creative projects and delivering exceptional solutions.  Her mission is to align design with strategic goals, creating visually striking work that leaves a lasting impression.  With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Bree continuously strives to elevate the standards of design within her team and the industry.

Residing in California, Bree draws inspiration from the abundant natural beauty around her, while family remains her true motivation in her drive to succeed.

Jason brings with him a decade of experience in sales and marketing. As a skilled copywriter, Jason is dedicated to leveraging his robust command of written English to create persuasive and engaging content for our clients, with a focus on producing concise, impactful and articulate copy.

Living with his wife and daughter in Hampshire, England, Jason pursues an active and healthy lifestyle in his spare time, continuously seeking to improve his culinary capabilities, going for walks, and keeping fit in the gym.

When it comes to brand identity, Nicola is expert in curating a consistent and impactful experience for your audience.  Building on her academic success in Interior Design from Miami University, Nicola excels at eliciting and perfecting the finest details of your brand’s presentation to maximize your business profile to its greatest potential.

In her spare time, Nicola loves to travel, and is passionate about exploring her penchant for photography, visiting new cities and capturing the essence of different cultures on her camera.
